Home Care Package

Rise and Shine. Sunrise Package is a morning care service starting at 4 hours of care to assist your loved ones with morning routine. We all have routines for personal care and activities of daily living. 

(9am-1pm)

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Breakfast Meal preparation / Cooking for lunch and dinner
• Assistance with Medications
• Light Housekeeping (bed making, laundry, vacuuming)
• Errands and Grocery Shopping
• Transportation and assistance to doctors appointments
• If able, Engage elderly in Physical Activity or Exercise Routine
• Encourage Cognitive Stimulation to keep brain healthy
• Social Engagement or allow hobbies senior enjoy doing

Tucked-in Bed. Sunset Package is a tuck in bed home care service starting at 4 hours of care for elderly who may need assistance with their evening routine.

4pm-8pm

• Meal Preparation
• Medication Assistance
• Light Housekeeping
• Undressing and Dressing for bedtime
• Assistance with Oral Care or Denture Care

Welcome, Home Package is a special package from Gifted Hands to assist the elderly with short-term home care with a caregiver who can assist him or her with.

• Follow-up appointment
• Out-patient Physical Therapy Visits
• Transportation from facility or hospital to home
• Pick up prescriptions
• Pick up groceries or run errands
• Prepare meals
• Make the bed
• Follow discharge instructions
• Pick up from mailbox and assist with sorting mails
